The accommodation market situation in the county varies between municipalities. Most municipalities report either equilibrium or excess on the accommodation market. But even in those municipalities which report equilibrium or a deficit, there is a need for certain types of accommodation. The number of municipalities which report an excess has also decreased. For this reason, discussions have been commenced across a broad front regarding what is required to speed up the building of accommodation in the county’s municipalities and new construction is now being planned.
