    Granted a residence permit

    If you are granted a residence permit, this means that your asylum application has been accepted.

    Different types of residence permits

    If you receive a residence permit as a refugee, your permit will apply for three years.

    If you receive a residence permit as a person eligible for subsidiary protection, your permit will apply for 13 months.
