Upplands-Bro is a growing municipality, both in terms of inhabitants and businesses. Just over 28,000 people live here. There are two population centres, Kungsängen and Bro, and a dynamic countryside.

The municipality is situated by Lake Mälaren, around 20 kilometres northwest of Stockholm, which is about 25 minutes away by commuter train.
