Housing situation
The accommodation market situation in the county varies between municipalities. Most municipalities report either equilibrium or excess on the accommodation market. But even in those municipalities which report equilibrium or a deficit, there is a need for certain types of accommodation. The number of municipalities which report an excess has also decreased. For this reason, discussions have been commenced across a broad front regarding what is required to speed up the building of accommodation in the county's municipalities and new construction is now being planned.
